Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in its original packaging. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been used or are not in original condition
- Items returned without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Exchanges

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
